Given the growing concern around health, travel, and public gatherings across the world right now, we’ve worked with HubSpot to make the difficult decision to cancel the in-person portion of our SF HUG event on March 17.
We understand that this is disappointing as we’re sure you were looking forward to the chance to network face-to-face with other HubSpot customers. Ultimately, we want you to know that your health and safety is at the center of our decision and it’s not one that we made lightly.
In place of the physical meet-up, we would like to extend an invitation for you to join us virtually on our original date of March 17 at 9AM PST. We’ll have Courtney Sembler joining as planned to talk all things Customer Success and HubSpot, with open time at the end for Q&A.
HubSpot Academy Manager, Courtney Sembler, will take us through how to develop a strategy that puts your customers as the center of your business to attract, engage, and delight your current customers and bring in new business to keep the momentum going in your business. Her talk will feature both a strategic overview as well as plenty of examples and tutorials using HubSpot's customer service tools.
We'll also cover new HubSpot product updates and have plenty of time for Q&A and networking.
