Prior to marketing within an agency environment, Addison oversaw marketing, public relations, and public service messaging within US Special Operations Command.

Allen implements Salesforce and HubSpot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems for mid-sized Sales & Marketing teams. Allen helps companies develop and integrate their websites and other marketing channels, “Inbound” content, ideal/target personas, and clearly defined sales work-flow processes into one online platform, so they can grow [organically] together and scale.

In a previous life, Ron Medlin was the Director of Digital Marketing for one of the top ranked PR firms in the southeast where he managed over $1.7M in Facebook ad spend for his clients. This year Ron celebrates his seventh year as a HubSpot VAR and now runs his own Facebook and Google ads consulting practice where he helps small businesses scale growth using search and social advertising.
